You are required to have an Identity Proofing level of Standard to access Housing Connect. Visit the Digital Identity website to learn more about identity proofing levels and accepted documents. If you are unable to meet the Standard level, you can continue to receive SA Housing Trust services by visiting a SA Housing Trust office or contacting us on 131 299 or at housingcustomers@sa.gov.au

If you are unable to verify your identification documents, you can continue to receive SA Housing Trust services by visiting a SA Housing Trust office or by contacting us on 131 299 or at housingcustomers@sa.gov.au.

If you choose not to create a Digital Identity, you can continue to receive SA Housing Trust services by visiting a SA Housing Trust office or by contacting us on 131 299 or at housingcustomers@sa.gov.au.
Your Customer Reference is at the top of most correspondence sent to you from SA Housing Trust, or you can contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
Logging In
Visit the Digital Identity website for help with managing your Digital Identity.
If you can login to Housing Connect, update your email address in ‘My Contact Details’.
To update the email address associated with your Digital Identity, visit myGovID for assistance.
If you can’t login contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
Visit Digital Identity and navigate to the 'Create or manage your Digital Identity' page for help with managing your Digital Identity.
Contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 if you need further help.
This means that SA Housing Trust has updated the Housing Connect terms of use. You are required to read the terms and conditions and accept them before accessing your housing information.
