What do you need help with?
You can view your Customer Reference in 'My Personal Details'. Your Customer Reference is also listed at the top of most correspondence sent to you from Housing SA. You can view your correspondence in 'My Letters & Documents'.
You can update your name in 'My Personal Details' by selecting 'changed your name'.
You can update your title and gender in 'My Personal Details' by selecting 'Update Details'.
To update other details on this page, contact Housing SA on 131 299.
Evidence of a name change is required if you are updating your name e.g. marriage certificate.
You do not need to provide supporting evidence for other changes e.g. updating your title or gender.
